ITH Holdings is a dynamic and innovative conglomerate comprising IT Horizons, Zojatech, and Zojapay that drive digital inclusion, innovation and economic transformation across the continent. It specializes in optimizing supply chain solutions that drive efficiency and profitability.

Since founding IT Horizons as a business name in 2009 and incorporating it as a limited company in 2012, OED has led transformative projects across fintech, enterprise IT, and digital innovation, expanding operations from Nigeria to Ghana and the United Kingdom.  

Under his leadership, IT Horizons has delivered impactful projects for ECOWAS, MTN, Toyota Nigeria, Lafarge, Diageo, FIRS, NNPC, CBN, and several other top institutions, earning its reputation as one of West Africa’s most trusted enterprise technology partners. 

In 2019, he launched ZojaTech, a software company that creates tools to simplify operations and boost productivity, including flagship products such as Revvex (Budget Management System) and Mance (Performance Management System). 

By 2022, he introduced Zojapay, a digital payments platform designed to make transactions seamless and expand financial inclusion for individuals and businesses across Africa.
